You are right the IE Tab 1.1.13 Extension caused the crash. Works when extension is disabled.

This bug isn't fixed, because there was no patch that fixed this.
This bug could become invalid if the talkback ID indicates that it is a problem with the IE Tab extension.

I reinstalled Firefox 2 rc1 to enable talkback. 
Now the Browser does not crash anymore even with IE Tab enabled. 
Seemed to be something wrong with my installation.
