355616 - The "Actions" section of the footer should have "Preferences," and shouldn't have "Sanity Check."

The navigation bar at the top should have a link to "Preferences" -- I've wanted to click it several times now, on my installation, and it's not there.

In addition, there's no reason for "Sanity Check" to be in the top navigation--it's an administrative function.

Nope. We made this clear on IRC that both the footer and the top navbar had to be exactly the same, for consistency. If you want to change what appears in the top navbar, then you have to fix it in the footer too (which is not too hard as they both use the same template anyway). Changing the summary accordingly.

Just change "My Prefs" to "Preferences" and we're all set.
