The configuration change was checked in 2006-12-15 10:40.  Should this be marked as fixed now or only once the regressions are fixed?

Reopening. This landing regressed all performance metrics to some extent, afaik.

We should probably reresolve this and open new bugs on the perf hit... and make them block the next 1.9 alpha or whatever it takes to get them fixed.

I'll log look into the Tp and Txul regression numbers and log some bugs (or add to the Ts bug).
