Since 2006-09-29, menubar submenuitems like Message->Tags are not deactivated (greyed) anymore when they should.

Steps to reproduce:
Open SeaMonkey MailNews window, select an account. The entire Message menu should be disabled but "new message". 
Instead, submenu menuitems Move, Copy, Tag, Mark are enabled...

Hmm, bug 356078?
Probably. But the menu in question has both disabled and enabled items and I didn't hunt the different behaviour down. Let's wait for bug 356078 to land and then maybe dupe this one over there if fixed. :)
