When SB is launched in Week view, and if the screen resolution implies a scroll bar on the lower part of the view (the hourly table), the upper part (days' names and all-day events) shows up misaligned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use a screen resolution of for example 1024x768 or lower.
2. Launch SB and switch to Week view; a scroll bar should appear on the lower part of the view.
3. Close SB and launch it again.

Actual Results:  
The upper part of the Week view shows up misaligned with the lower part.

Expected Results:  
The upper and lower parts should show up aligned.

Switching to another view and back to Week view corrects the misalignment.
