When using the SeaFox theme the Nav Bar closes and wont come back. Once you switch to another theme it reappears.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download seafox theme
2.Apply
3.Restart
Actual Results:
No nav bar
Expected Results:
It should have a nav bar but is it gone.

That would seem to be a bug in the SeaFox theme, yes?. It's not unusual for theme requirements to change on the trunk and when that happens, theme authors must update the theme and you have to update or switch to another theme.
