When attempting to delete e-mail certificates, the text incorrectly reads:

If you delete an e-mail certificate, your will no longer be able to send encrypted e-mail to those people.

It should read:

If you delete an e-mail certificate, you will no longer be able to send encrypted e-mail to that person.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to delete an e-mail certificate.
Actual Results:  
No errors are found when the deletion of the certificates is accepted.

Expected Results:
