The links down the righthand side look like links but don't work when clicked on.
Examining the html it looks fine and copying and pasting the address into the address bar works (making the relevant link go purple).
The page (nearly) validates in the w3c html validator.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.physics.ox.ac.uk/Teach/Major_Options/C4/C4_2.html
2. try to click on one of the links on the right of the page
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Follow link
