[rfe] when opening a new compose window from a compose window, use the "parent" compose window identity as the "child" compose window identity

in the 3 pane, when I compose a new message (by doing command n), we use the selected folder to choose which identity.

but when I'm in a compose window and I do command n, the new compose window that I get always uses my first identity.

for this scenario, what about using the current identity of the parent compose window?

fwiw, I seem to hit this a lot, and I accidentally send personal emails from my [e-mail] identity, instead of my [e-mail] email.

Unless this was meant for Seamonkey, or I misunderstand the request, this is now implemented in TB via bug 482080.
