Currently the support page only lists documentation. We need to fix that to point to other options, like the forums.
For reference, this is instead of bug 347604 and bug 347960. To be clear, as I understand it, it's not that it should point to documentation *and* other options. Rather, it should point to a newly designed page (at the same location) which lists various support options, including the forums and our documentation pages (where it currently points)
We also need to remove the individual support stuff from the /contact/ page, so that /contact/ just lists feedback, the dev newsgroup, caminol10n, and so forth, and all the support options currently there (forum, ml, user newsgroup) are on the new /support/, and update any support-ish sounding links that point to /contact/ right now.
