When right clicking the main toolbar to "customise" when the Customise Toolbar pops up, the right border is slightly too short and encroaches slightly on the "Restore Deafult Set" button.

This can be changed manually, but the change is not saved.

philor has been doing some nice hacking on our toolbar customizations, and I wouldn't be surprised if the recent switch to toolkit's copy of the file fixed this for us.  Adding qawanted to get a re-confirmation of the bug.
