how? urls sent to servers don't include fragment identifiers, right? are you suggesting js that fixes up the link? and would you like an &mark= to go with it?

If JS is the only way then so be it... > and would you like an &mark= to go with it? Sure, it would be useful when the line is near the end and the viewport can't be scrolled to show it at the top.
