how? urls sent to servers don't include fragment identifiers, right?

are you suggesting js that fixes up the link? and would you like an &mark= to go with it?

I really didn't think about "how?" before filing the bug, I just assumed it
could be fixed somehow. If JS is the only way then so be it...

Sure, it would be useful when the line is near the end and the viewport can't
be scrolled to show it at the top.
