On clicking a link to go to a site, the area where the website is viewed often turns a solid black until the page becomes loaded.

After clicking a link, the area where a website is viewed turns a solid black until the website becomes loaded, then all is normal.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
I really don't know how this is reproduced. It only happens when I click links sometimes and it has no pattern. Completely random.
