Another request, I seperated them as they probably should be. It would be swell if Lightning could export and import vCaleneder via email appointments for easy cell phone synch.

Reproducible: Always
This depends on Lightning being able to parse vCalendar correctly, which would either need changes to libical to also accept vcal, or maybe a separate parser that uses libical to parse vCalendar. The bugs I've set to depends talk about being able to import/export vCalendar, which will require a good vCalendar parser.

I'm a bit unsure whats really requested here. If its about being able to send vCalendar per email, then that would require an itip transport that sends vCalendar.

If this is about import/export, then this is a duplicate of one of the noted bugs. In this case, please set the duplicate status yourself.
Component: Lightning Only → E-mail based Scheduling (iTIP/iMIP)
Depends on: 235702, 242411
OS: Linux → All
QA Contact: lightning → email-scheduling
Hardware: PC → All
Honestly this is so old I do not think lightning support invitations at the time.

Rolf, this doesn't work yet. This should be a non-fix as as it has to be fixed in an extension, not in the core-code.
