Apparently, when a site reloads itself, duplicate live bookmarks accumulate in the list shown by clicking the RSS icon.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://news.yahoo.com
2. Click on the technology section
3. Wait a few hours
4. Click the orange RSS icon

Actual Results:  
There's a big list of live feeds.

Expected Results:  
Just one live feed (which skips the list and goes straight to the dialog).
