35709 - Crash on double clinking in XUL text entry boxs

Build 2000041210
If you double clink on the URL location line you always get a crash. This
applies to all of the text entries of the proxy preference panel so Im guessing
its the XUL text control. I have managed to cause the crash with Shift+Arrow
movements as well.

I have not been able to make the HTML text controls fail.

Can also crash in HTML text control by entering a word then go to the front of 
the word and Ctrl+RArrow.  Example www.altavista.com. Search term fred. Go to 
front of fred and Ctrl+RArrow. Bang
( I cant seem to change status even though I raised it!)
