User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061018 Camino/1.1a1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061018 Camino/1.1a1 Clicking the Camino Icon "opens" it in a hidden state, as if the window was closed. I have to click it again to show the window. Thus, CaminoSewwion doesn't work as the "restored session" never appears, though the icon on the Dock show's it as open and clicking it again just opens the home page. This seems to have started after installing an icon set with CaminoIcons, but uninstalling CaminoIcons and the stored sets did not help. I also tried removing the Csaino folder from /Library/Application Support, creating a fresh state, but this hasn't helped either. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Quit Camino 2.Click Camino Icon to start, but no window appears 3.Click started Camino icon to see new window showing home page Actual Results: Clicking non-running Camino icon starts it (shows as started on Dock), but no Camino window opens until the icon is clicked again. It acts as if the window started closed. Expected Results: Camino should start by opening a visible window, and restore prior session (as set in CaminoSessions.
Does the problem persist if you (temporarily) uninstall CaminoSession?
Thanks. uninstalling CaminoSession restored normal Camino opening. Reinstalling CaminoSession recreated the problem... However, Caminio had been fucntioning normally with CaminoSession installed until 7 - 10 days ago. Maybe the recent nightly builds broke it.
The developer of the product can be reached on the Camino forums: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=12 INVALID, since it's a 3rd party issue.

Upgrading CaminoSession from v .4 to .5 resolved this issue.
(In reply to comment #2) > Maybe the recent nightly builds broke it. Haxies use completely unsupported methods to do what they do, and are therefore subject to breaking at any point. This does not indicate a problem with the nightlies. Please do not file any bugs unless you can reproduce them without running haxies.
