when I send messages they do not automatically go to my sent folder, I have tried every configuration possible. Help.

Okay, from testing when a message is sent it does go into the sent folder it is just not viewable until you first of all view it in an older client.
Sorry, after more investigation this is not the same bug as I'm seeing, dropping most of my changes
