Mozilla Thunderbird saves the location of detached attachments in the X-Mozilla-External-Attachment-URL of an e-mail. If the detached attachment is moved to another location, the URL is broken.

It would be nice if Thunderbird included the possibility to update the X-Mozilla-External-Attachment-URL to point to the current location.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Detach Attachment
2. Move detached attachmend to another directory
3. "NEW FEATURE": Update detached URL in Thunderbird to point to the file in the new directory

It would be cool to be able to change the file name in the process of detaching a file. I often receive e-mails with attachments that I rename while saving them to the local disk. This is currently my most common use case for a customized X-Mozilla-External-Attachment-URL.
