Update manager detects new add-ons which aren't yet on the servers.
Different version numbers on AMO pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Approve an add-on.
2. Open the page of the add-on on AMO.
3. Open the recent updated page on AMO.
Result Number A: The add-on is added to the updated page, but the wrong version number is shown.
4. Go to your extension manager and check for updates for this extension.
5. Update is detected.
6. Try to download it.
Result Number B: Update fails (because file not yet on the server / mirror)


Expected Results:  
1. Copy new xpi to the server / mirrors.
2. Immediately after this, update recently updated add-ons page and item page (simultaneously).
