357411 - cannot select from the pull down menu which columns to show in 3 pane main window

Can only deselect from the pull down menu in the folder pane and the message list pane which columns to show; selecting does not work.The pull down menu disappears without anything changing. Deselecting removes the deselected column. I wish to show the number of messages and the number of unread messages in the folder pane but that is not possible.

For the menu in the message list pane, the information line about the menu item that the mouse is pointing to appears in the wrong place on the left side of the main window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail window
2.Press mouse button when cursor points to small column icon in the folder pane
3.Try to select a column to add; does not work

Actual Results:  
Nothing changes in the column display of the folder pane nor in the message list pane

Expected Results:  
The software should have added the selected column
