Well, I have a feeling we're currently being restricted to "projects/mozilla.com/trunk". If you just change that to "projects/mozilla.com", it should work fine and be better in the long run.

Please grant to just branches - the idea is that we don't want people creating things at that level (/projects/mozilla.com). a=justin
You should now have access to /projects/mozilla.com/branches/. Please open different bugs if you need access to other locations in the repo.
