Sorry, I looked around for this but could not find.
I send a msg from account x, email address y, to address z. Mail to z is set up to forward to y (the sender). The mail shows up back at x (the internet works). I try to reply to the msg in TB. TB should reply to address y, the mail having come from there, according to the headers, etc. TB actually responds to z, the original destination! I guess TB says "<I'm> at y, so I can't respond to myself, lessee, ah, I'll respond to z". Or some such. A message is attached.

Indeed, this is a feature, not a bug :) (see Bug 85296). Probably invalid then unless the developers want to reconsider this feature.
