In the navigation bar at the bottom of each bugzilla page, the link to "editvalues.cgi" (Field values) is still visible for people with "editcomponents" rights, although patch of bug 353768 makes sure they don't have access rights.

Link to "editvalues.cgi" (field values) not present in navigation bar for people that don't have admin rights .

(Didn't test this on landfill or another 2.23.X installation - but I assume this is still valid on version 2.23.3 )
