Fx 1.5 news feed does not have approval for use and should be replaced.

I have got approval from Grupo Estado to use their feed. Grupo Estado is one of the largest Brazilian media conglomerates, owns a news agency, newspapers and radio stations.

Mic, I htink this is already in our own FF3 radar right? I wonder if we need to do something to this bug so it officially becomes ff3 important.
