These accounts have actually been used, and the addresses are RFC8821-compliant. I've added '*', '|' and '/' to the list of legal characters in the username portion of an email address. > Bad profile email address, id=67492, > <gene_wo{REMOVE-THIS-ANTISPAM-TRICK}od_bugzilla@cementhorizon.com>. This account has been used, but is obviously bogus. Not sure how. Perhaps it was an attempted email address change on an existing account before the token stuff was working right. So anyhow, none of these accounts are actually recyclable.
