Attachment: Fix for rewrites

I noticed several rewrites that weren't accepting $locale at the start, so I rolled them into this patch - feel free to take out if that was on purpose.  Also, the /firefox/privacy seemed to be duplicated in the vhost, so I removed it and added what was in the vhost.

If this doesn't make sense, i'm on IRC. :)

Attachment: Patch against latest vhost dump

We got a fresh dump of the vhost, so this is a patch against that (should make it easy to match up).  Also note we are deleting 1 rewrite.
