Browser just does not differentiate the coding of scrolling text, causing the text to be printed on top of the fixed text. Furthermore, can't type text in the search bar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Just type in the url 2. 3. Actual Results: I know it's coded in Big 5 Tradition Chinese, but the scrolling text ought to be located on the bottom. It seems the coding was done for IE, but I would expect the new firefox can handle the variation Expected Results: The scrolling text should not be overlaying on top of the fixed text
