I have this fixed in my tree - I implemented it to make debugging 31787 and
41030 easier.

Without this users can create SMTP servers, but not delete them, which means
they could end up with a giant list of servers.

Fix is low-risk - basically just hooking up the delete button to the backend.
The backend has already been tested by Par's component testing effort.

..so I think it's a good nsbeta2 candidate.

(oh, and of course _I_ have been testing (and using) the backend API) for a few
days now, in addition to Par's effort)
Putting on [nsbeta2+][will be minus on 6/15] radar.

fix is in.
A note when testing - I have made it impossible to delete the default SMTP
server, which forces the user to always have one SMTP server.
