Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

It will be very nice if we can drag a file directly to a input type="file" field, this will eliminate the tedious operation of searching a file in the OS file system.
Some times we need to drill down a lot of directory levels before find the file, but with the drag if we have the file opened in another window we can just drag it to the right field !

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page that have one input file field
2.Try do drag a file from OS window (desktop ?) and drop in file input field.
3.When the mouse pointer is over the field the the pointer show a prohibit simbol.

Actual Results:
We can just drag the file to a input field.

Expected Results:
In forms that have a Input File Field the user have the option to Drag and drop the file, not only using the browse bottom (like today).
