When no tabs are open, everything is fine.  But when opening a new tab (either by using the new tab toolbar button or command-clicking a link), tabs and toolbar are not redrawn correctly.  Tabs are drawn over one another, with highlight buttons appearing in the middle of text.  The address bar box remains in place, but the text in the address bar is drawn over the toolbar buttons.  (I have a screengrab available if anyone needs to see it.)  Issue is not website specific.  I do have prefs set to hide tab bar when only one tab is open, and issue only occurs when I open a new tab, causing tab bar to appear.  Issue is fixed if all other tabs are closed, resulting in tab bar disappearing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new tab with only one tab open previously and tab bar hidden.
2. Load any webpage to see.
3. Close new tab.
