Able to open multiple Config
Manager (about:config for non-browser apps) windows
In apps that use the ConfigManager (Thunderbird, Sunbird...), you can open multiple of these windows at once. You should only be able to open one. Subsequent button pushes should bring the already existing window into focus.
This uses the same windowtype as what Thunderbird calls.
