When the Quality Feedback Agent (QFA) appears, I am never happy. Something sad has happened. Yet, the title on the window says a happy, peppy, "Welcome to the Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent!" (Okay, maybe the exclamation mark isn't there).

This pours salt on my unhappy wounds, causing me to close the QFA.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make QFA appear
2.Read title of QFA
3.Close QFA

Actual Results:
In my disappointment at the interruption of my browsing session, I see the happy and polite "Welcome to the Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent".

Expected Results:
I expect something sympathetic, such as "We are very sorry you are seeing the Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent".

I realize this is working as designed, just making a suggestion for future releases.

Doubt this will get fixed anytime soon, but good to keep in mind for Airbag.
