I think this bug's cause is same as Bug 356882.
When applying this userChrome.css at Bug 356882, this bug does not happen.

This bug seems to be depends on Windows Scrren Design.
When Using "Windows Classic" at Windows 2000/XP, this bug is always reproducible.

I don't know really. In my case you don't have to place the mouse cursor somewhere to reproduce the bug. It's just always there when the add-ins window opens. Is anyuone looking into fixing this?

OS: Windows XP SP2 (fully patched) --> using "Windows classic" theme
Firefox: 2.0, 2.0.0.1, 2.0.0.2

It is one of the bugs that will be looked into but there have been higher priority bugs taking precedence. Thanks for the info on reproducing, etc. - it is more than enough to go on when time permits looking into this.

Matthias, this appears to have been fixed because I cannot reproduce it using Firefox 2.0.0.6.  Could you please update to Firefox 2.0.0.6 and let us know whether you can still reproduce the bug or not?
