358430 - Redo the footer search navigation on buglist.cgi

At the bottom of the bug list, there's a bunch of actions.  Some of them are links (e.g. CSV), and some of them are buttons (e.g. XML)

I think it should be pretty easy to make them all links.

So this bug might change into "fix the buglist nav bar" b/c just changing the buttons into links causes the nav bar to take up too much space horizontally.

Yeah, I agree, we should make this into a bug to fix the nav, since it gets too long this way.

I like the PRACA stuff, except the terminology should be:

Actions: Change Several Bugs At Once
Format: CSV | RDF | Atom | iCalendar
View Full Bugs: HTML | XML

I'm not necessarily sure that's the exact UI format I want, but I think you get the idea. :-) Possibly some of those should be on the right and some on the left. (I was thinking maybe "Actions" on the right and the other two on the left.)

Oh, but I liked how you had "Edit Search" and "Save Search" at the top of the list. Maybe "Change Several Bugs At Once" can go at the top of the list, too. That's something I tend to just scroll all the way down to click, anyhow.
