Steps to reproduce: 1. Open the Page Info dialog Actual result: * The selected tab seems to float above its panel (and is separated from it) * There's a 2px white border above the <tabpanels> where there shouldn't be more than 1px. The issue seems to be that <tabpanels> gets a complete top border while that border should rather be part of the non-selected tabs and the border spacers when the <tabpanels> directly follow some <tabs>.
