i lost all my previous bookmarks when i upgraded to new version of firefox this the second time this has happened/i browsed the frequent problem list and tried running c:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe all i got was the web page/i think the problem is in the profile manger (i went from default to my name when that box come up but now i cant access the profile manger)please help i love your browser-robert w burdick=rburdic2@twcny.rr.com

Reproducible: Always
Please try deleting the Mozilla Firefox installation folder (or at least empty it) and then reinstall Firefox. If this solves the problem you can resolve this bug as a duplicate of Bug 357922.
