Moving message filters in their list by clicking "Up" and "Down" for each step is waste time and should bes possible by drag and drop.

If you've got a lot of filters, the up and down buttons are really slow. maybe if you made it so that a click and hold on the button moved the filter continuously and with increasing speed would be a good compromise.

Lists of this kind don't usually allow d'n'd, so I wonder if this isn't wontfix...

Re. comment #3: This list should have been drag-and-drop.  I use 500+ filters and am tired of having to click "Move Down" hundreds of times after creating each new filter.
