Whining can currently send bug lists (reports) on a schedule, the assignment of a chart to a whine would make it easy for whining to provide high-level reporting on a schedule (summarizing high-count reports) for people (well, managers realy) who do not understand or have an interest in the details but need to see a high-level status.
