This is not a Firefox problem, it's a problem with your system. Windows NT,XP,2003, 2000 can't be crashed by a user space application, only a kernel mode driver (such as the graphic card driver) can cause this. It doesn't matter if you get this Blue Screen with automatic reboot only with a sepcial application (in this case Firefox) or only with a special Version of this application, it's still a bug in the driver or a hardware problem. Disable the automatic reboot in the windows XP system panel (Start/Einstellungen/Systemsteuerung/system/erweitert/Starten und wiederherstellen(Einstellungen)/[ ] Automatisch Neustart durchführen ) and you may get more informations in the Blue screen about the reason for this Blue Screen.
