In the profile manager, if I create a new profile and click on "Region Selection" the resulting dialog has several blank entries - two above catalan at the very top, one between ES and FR, one between IL and IT, two between IT and NL, and one between BR and RU. Reproduced on recent Seamonkey 1.1b builds on OS/2, Linux, and WinXP.
Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?

I see that this no longer exists in trunk, so I guess this will be WONTFIX eventually.
INVALID now that the region selection doesn't exist any more and 1.x isn't supported any more.
