The first patch in bug 295817, which removed toolbar customization for the Help Viewer, removed toolbarCustomization.js and customizeToolbar.xul, but then subsequent patches lost their -N, and the files are still hanging around, getting fixed in bug 224977 and not getting fixed in bug 297648, so they're now nothing but bad examples to copy. The rsn from bug 297648 comment 5 needs to be n, before someone like me copies the wrong thing.
