How the topic already says.
If you open up in any window an save as dialog. And switch via taskbar or [alt]+[tab] into an other Firefox window you got trouble with switching tabs in this window ([ctrl]+[tab] still works). 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two firefox instances
2. Create some tabs on the first instances
3. go to any where with the secound instance, and openup the save as dialog
4. switch back to the first instances and try to switch the tabs.

Actual Results:  
You got a littlebit crazy
