When viewing the element properties on any image or text link the following occurs:

When Options -> Tab setting are set to "New pages should be opened in: a new window", the element properties correctly displays "Will open in: New Window".

If you change Options -> Tab setting to "New pages should be opened in: a new tab", the element properties incorrectly still displays "Will open in: New Window".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any website with images or text links that open outside the same window.
2. Right click the link and view link properties

Actual Results:  
If Options -> Tab setting is "New pages should be opened in: a new tab", the element properties incorrectly displays "Will open in: New window".

Expected Results:  
Element properties to display "Will open in: New tab".

Thought I should teach it that we treat _new as an alias for _blank while I was in the neighborhood.
