axel, should we be worried about this for Fx 2.0.0.1?
Most south african locales have English strings spread throughout, that's why we didn't release them.

I don't see anything to worry about until we get patches filed and landed to actually release those locales.
Yes as Axel says we can worry about these when we give patches for the inclusion.  All the translations are maintained in PO format so we can track what is not translated very easily.
