User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; cs; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0

Example: some author of extension releases new version of his extension. This extension has more translations. New version adds new strings to en-US but some locales haven't these news strings (example: cs-CZ). If user with czech version (cs-CZ) of Firefox install this extension, these missing strings can broke Firefox installation.

I understand that this is primary problem autor of extension and translators but in the end - problem has end user. So it would by nice to use by Firefox "en-US" string if l10n string is missing. It's better to have some english strings instead of having broken Firefox installation.

Reproducible: Always
