Details

It seems that the alarms are ignoring the time zone setting in T-Bird for Lightning. I don't know if this issue is specific to just Lightning, but my alarms are going off hours before they're due. Version is Lightning 0.4a1 (build 2006103006)
I think this is related so I'll add to it instead of creating a new bug.

I've noticed alarms for events sent via email for meeting set up in other time zones fire at the event time in my time zone. So if the meeting was sent out starting at 3pm EST and I'm in CA, the alarm fires at 3 pm PST instead of noon. The event in the calender correctly translated the start time from 3 EST to 12 PST but the alarm apparently didn't see that.
I think this is also related, but there are a number of similar looking bugs.
I'm using Lightning 0.3 with Thunderbird 1.5.0.8 on Windows XP SP2, with both Thunerbird and Lightning set to Eastern time. The alarms inside Thunderbird work fine, but when I export the calendar as a CSV it exports as though all the times are GMT. This means when I try to import them into my mobile phone, they're all five hours early. Right now I'm changing the time zone on my computer to GMT when I do the import to my phone to avoid this problem.
This bit me in the backside enough times that I had to switch back to Outlook (eww). I would rather be using Thunderbird. :-)
Are bug 359796, bug 359202 and bug 354055 the same? If so, should be marked duplicate. Afaik they are.
