Interestingly, in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061110 Minefield/3.0a1, the second page is entirely missing from the preview. Only the first page of material is previewed. The second is empty except for headers/footers.

I can't reproduce the original bug, but this is the same behavior for me in "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20061120 Minefield/3.0a1".

Reproduced with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.4) Gecko/20070515 Firefox/2.0.0.4
The bug is easily reproduced with Landscape orientation set in the print preferences. Shrink to fit page width must also be checked.
The scale to page width works, however the the page base text boundary is ignored (lower boundary before the footer). The page-top text boundary for the first page appears to be correct. However, on subsequent page the text over flows the header and text boundaries.

I think this is a dup of 379468 -- the symptoms are the same although I suppose the root cause could be different.
