I tried to do a "one click fix " at http://help.rr.com/HMSLogic/one_click_fixes_index.aspx and suddenly my firefox closed and gave me this message --firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Im hitting that debug button but nothing happens. I needed to set up my outlook inbox accounts with one easy click but it just killed my Firefox instead. can you guys help?

you should send the error report with the quality feedback agent, then paste di generated ID here for investigation. Notice that this may have many causes: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_crashes Mainly often it is caused by old plugins version (flash, java, ...)

No reply, INCO. Reporter, please reopen this bug if you can see this issue with Firefox 3.5 or later in Firefox Safe Mode (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode) or a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Profiles)
