Description

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061103 SeaMonkey/1.1b
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1) Gecko/20061103 SeaMonkey/1.1b

After using "View Image" or "View Background Image" from the context menu and then using "Back" to return to the previous page, selected text will appear using the inactive colors instead of the active colors, and this behavior will persist until a different page is viewed or the page in question is reloaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with images or background images
2. Select some text on the page and confirm that the active color scheme is being used
3. Pull up the context menu for the image and choose "View Image" or "View Background Image". (whichever is applicable)
4. Once the image is displayed, use "Back" to return to the previous page (the one the image was on).
5. Select some text again and note that the inactive color scheme is being used.
6. Navigate to a different page or reload the current page and note that selected text is now using the proper active color scheme.
Actual Results:
After viewing an image through "View Image" or "View Background Image" from the context menu and using "Back" to return to the previous page, selected text on the page appears using the inactive color scheme.

Expected Results:
After viewing an image through "View Image" or "View Background Image" from the context menu and using "Back" to return to the previous page, selected text on the page appears using the active color scheme.

This bug appears specific to SeaMonkey 1.8 and 1.8.0 branches. It is not present on the trunk, and it was not present on the Mozilla 1.7 branch. I have not found this behavior present on any branches of Firefox, either.

This issue has been resolved along the way and is no longer present in the 2.0 branch or the trunk. It's not something of any importance of being fixed in the 1.1 branch at this point, especially as we're getting close to SeaMonkey 2.0. I'm just going to WONTFIX this since it's just a cosmetic issue in the 1.1 branch.
